Russell loves nothing more than helping you to smash through your perceived limits to achieve your fitness goals.

When not hanging from the TRX straps, he enjoys exploring the world with his camera and loves to salsa the night away. With two cycle trips to Paris under his belt he’s not shy of a physical challenge and has also ran half marathons in many European cities.
