Gong Bath Meditation

~ Special Term Event ~

Friday 28 September, 19:30-21:00

Don’t miss our Autumn term Kick-off with London’s most sought after meditation and Gong Bath expert, Leo Cosendai.

Sound therapy has long been used to manage a broad range of health conditions. The treatments are based on the understanding that all forms of matter – including our body’s cells – vibrate at different frequencies. Factors such as stress, depression and disease cause cells and organs within our bodies to vibrate at non-optimal frequencies.

Gong meditation is a unique type of sound practice that involves using therapeutic gong sounds and vibrations to bring about healing, allowing the brain to reach deep relaxation – specifically the delta and theta brain wave states, which are the slowest brain waves in humans. We tend to reach these states during daydreaming or deep sleep, and they are known to aid relaxation, creativity and natural healing.

It’s a special experience which should not be missed. The Hot Room will be transformed into an amazing Gong sanctuary. Members are encouraged to do the Elementals Water class beforehand and then slip into the deep relaxation and meditation.
