THE WINTER SERIES

"The WINTER SERIES is a comprehensive 8-week program designed to help you create a true foundation for your goals of the new year, by focusing on what’s essential during this period: SMART RIDING, understanding your EQUIPMENT + TRAINING ZONES and building STRENGTH + MOBILITY with a consistent weekly practice of cross training sessions, such as Calisthenics or Kettlebell Strength, Pilates as well as our Hot Yoga practices."
