A SOMA signature class to work the total body. If you are missing Hot Yoga, this is a great way to do 30 minutes of a strong Cardio and Strength workout to work up a sweat and then follow with a Yoga Flow to stretch, heal the spine, open hips and complete a Power Yoga.
