You should still attend SOMA Live! Our method encourages you to attend live classes as it has been proven that people work harder and get more benefits when they are practicing in real time with a teacher. Otherwise, human nature dictates that we cheat around the corners when no one is looking! It’s also your chance to feel the community and energy around you which equals true engagement.

Speciality Classes are only available live. Some of these more popular classes will not be offered On-Demand as they are meant to be experienced live. The curated selection of On-Demand classes is to give you the overall basis of our Fusion-X cross-training. Enjoy!
