STRENGTH

We redefine strength training. It's not just building muscle but how members want to build muscle. We believe in 3 principles: 1. Everyone needs integral core strength first, not just working in the "sleeve of the body"; 2. Balance strength and flexibility for injury prevention; 3. Choose desired functional movement. Do you want to bulk up like a CrossFit athlete, lean out, develop quick explosive movements or balance hypermobility? This is why our strength programme includes Kettlebells, TRX, Calisthenics, Ropes, Paralettes, Pilates and Yoga. Members are encouraged to take classes across all strength as well as hot yoga, cycling and barre to get the most from our cross-training approach to strength.

    We train Kettlebells with TRX to use both weight and body resistance thus achieving deep core work while building muscle and working cardio. Training days are split between Upper Body, Lower Body, Intense Abs and Total Body.

    Master true strength with our classes using TRX, Ropes, Rings and Paralettes. Our expert coaches will lead you through circuits.

    Calisthenic training incorporates ropes to build upper body and core strength.

    Mondays - we start the week with an upper body focus which also includes core and cardio.

    Tuesdays - all strength classes focus on legs with core and cardio work.

    Wednesdays - work intense abs after the focus on upper and lower body. Great class to follow with Bikram.

    Thursday to Sunday - all strength classes focus on the total body albeit in Calisthenics or Kettlebells TRX.
