Complete. If you love Bikram or Hot Flow and you're ready to try something new, come along. Hardwood floors. Towels and mat included. Complimentary cold essential oil infused face cloths after each class.

EARTH

Grounding. Slow, deep flow working core and muscle activation. Work with yoga props to perfect technique and arm balances. Percussion music sets moving meditation.

Replenish. Introducing lyrical hot flow as we redefine a hot vinyasa practice with this artist sequence that uses spirals and circular movements to create space in the body and joints. Ends with Yin poses to open hips.

FIRE+PILATES

Energise. Find your fierce grace with this signature fusion of power hot flow + Pilates. Build core, power and vitality. We use barres as a yoga prop to help with alignment, open shoulders and work inversions.

Dance. For those who want a new way to move in a yoga class, we Introduce our popular hot yoga dance flow. We work through a beautifully choreographed flow sequence followed by Pilates sculpting and core work.

YIN MASSAGE

YIN + MASSAGE. Rejuvenate. Find bliss and de-stress in this yin class that incorporates massage. A favourite for days you need to rest or find quiet solace. Members often double up with this class.

TRADITIONAL HATHA YOGA

BIKRAM

Traditional hot yoga with 26 postures and two breathing exercises to send fresh oxygenated blood to the body and flush out stagnant toxins. For intermediate/advanced students we offer Silent Bikram on Tuesday nights with Dr. Theo. Perfect for those who want a moving mediation without dialogue. Instructor practices with students to classical music.

SIGNATURE CLASS

ANATOMĒ

This is a technique focused class that builds more cues around alignment as you practice a hot flow. Each term we choose a focus such as backbends, arm balances and inversions.
