Dynamic Pilates

Our signature Dynamic Pilates is a chance to have an intense workout while working deep core, alignment and classic Pilates principles. It is great for people with bad knees or joint issues who still want an intense total workout for mindbody. It is great training for our yogis, strength seekers, cyclists and barre athletes. Perfect to do our SOMA "Double Up" workouts pairing with one of our other classes beforehand/afterwards.
