Wednesdays are all about targeting the abdominals, deep core and gluts. Many people misunderstand core work as only abs when in actuality a strong core means knowing how to use and distribute the work through the entire body. As such, any ab work should also focus on the back and learning technique on lengthening through the entire body using abs as stabilising muscles.
