This is a traditional Bikram 60 minute practice that consists of 26 postures and two breathing exercises to send fresh oxygenated blood to the body and flush out stagnant toxins. Traditional Bikram practice is a hot yoga style, and is normally practiced in a room heated to 35–42 °C (95–108 °F) with a humidity of 40%.
