Here we focus and work through a beautiful hot flow sequence breaking down alignment, technique and breath. It is a medium paced class. The first focus is on building your backbend technique which involves opening the front of the body, building strength in the gluts, opening the shoulders, working with breath technique and strengthening the lats and traps. Most people focus only on the back in backbends, but often the restriction comes from tightness in the front of the body. This series complements the work done in Fire, Water, Earth and Yin Yoga.
